Bob Martin, the British manufacturer of pet care products, has acquired the pet care and accessories line of Nestlé Purina Petcare in Europe. The acquisition should give Bob Martin fresh opportunities to expand its production, marketing and sale capacity in France, Spain and Italy and increase the company's share of the European market.
