All shares in Lavaris Lake GmbH are once again in the hands of the parent company and former majority shareholder Söll. Lavaris Lake is thus once more a wholly owned subsidiary of Söll.
In the course of the acquisition, the former managing director, Carsten E. Pachnicke, has stepped down from Lavaris Lake. He had been guiding the company for over twelve years. The new person at the helm is Karin Willuweit, who had been responsible for developing a large part of the customer base before Pachnicke assumed the managing director role.
The new situation will have no impact on the workforce or customers of Lavaris Lake, says Willuweit: "Apart from me, Doris Habeck will continue to act as a contact for our business partners." Hof will also continue to be the location of the company's head office, and Söll will carry on manufacturing the entire Lavaris Lake product portfolio there.
