Nestlé South Africa has announced that it is to sell its subsidiary Nestlé Purina Pet Care South Africa to Martin & Martin, a manufacturer of pet food and pet health care (www.bobmartin.co.za). The sale includes both the local Purina and Nestlé Pet Food brands along with the production plant in Ndabeni, Cape Town, with 96 employees, according to the company.
Nestlé South Africa is confident that this move is in the best interests of the company and staff as well as customers, dealers and consumers.
